It depends on what kind of ladies are you looking for.. If you are looking for pronstitutes than Thailand or Brazil are the best places, but seriously they are not that hot on average. If you are looking for girls the best place is Tallin (Estonia). ST. Petersbourgh in Russia has some pretty girls too. Anyway i think that every city in the world has his share of hotties.
