Celtic are never going to join the English league, rightfully so. Wonder how high Liverpool will be next year if this takeover takes place. |

Legally, Wales & England have the same system. Scots have some weird variation. There was a huge fuss about it a few years back to do with the Welsh Cup. The teams in the English league got banned from competing(the Cup was an easy route into Europe for them). |
