So I had my first no-gi workout with Snyder today. That was freakin' painful. The only redeeming thing about it was that I got to wear my cool fight shorts and rashguard. Other than that it was basically me hanging out underneath side control, then mount, then side control, then mount, then side control, then tap...in fact is kind of reminded me of what I do to Kat, Mike, or Levi when I roll with them with the gi. |

Kat - all you need to do is rub on his ears next time in class. Before long, his wife will definately make him wear the ears!! Doc needs to give himself more credit - he's not doing bad at all. The best part of this morning was when Rat came in the school and saw Doc rollin' without a gi. The look on Rat's face was hilarious. |

You know Doc has to look sharp with all his clothes. He is worse than a woman when it comes to fashion. Something has to be wrong with a man who has more shoes than his wife. The more I think about it - rollin' with Doc may be a scary thing. I wouldn't doubt it if he has mattbattle on his favorites

Mr.Snyder,Doc,Dan, and Lagatisha thanks for rolling easy with me this morning. The knee felt pretty good,but I'm still thinking about it the whole time. I guess that will pass. It did feel good to actually work up a sweat again. Thanks! By the way it's going to take me a while to get use to Doc not wearing a Gi. "too hotty' |

I think Doc has been lovin' up on the "ho-hos". He spent half the time fixing his rashguard becuase it was sliding up around his belly. He says it has shrunk - yea right. Is Doc trying to go Heavyweight? |

I do have love for Doc. It's just funny he is outgrowing all his gis & rashguards; you will notice Lagatisha is now wearing one of his old gis (which DOES NOT fit Doc anymore). Hassen may have to hook him up with the Subway diet plan like Jarred. Remember this: It is a fact that "Mad Cow" disease has not occured in Water Buffaloes. |
