"I was struck buy lightning 2 years ago on a camping trip, luckily I survived but I have been left with some motor neuron issues, basically I twitch all the time. I love lifting iron, but it has become unsafe for me. I dropped a barbell on my chest because of it, so now I can't lift free weights anymore. I don't have enough money or room for a home gym, but i saw a ad for a fitness made simple last night on tv. Has anyone ever used it? It looks like alot of BW stuff and that john dude looks pretty buff, I was thinking it would be my answer. Thanks for any help" LMFAO!!! My chest hurts from laughing. Who did this? |
