I got it a couple days ago and I can't take it out of my DVD player. Your students are so fortunate. I really enjoyed your section Mr. Harris. You gave me that...I've always been missing from my back. It's the little things! |

"push/pull" is more than just closing and opening your guard. It's more than sweeps and reversals. It's more than submissions. It's what I didn't have in my guard game and I didn't know it. |
