Hockey is also the only team sport that has players that just fight.. They lack skill, speed, but are tough as nails and fight. man, the old Gino days in Vancouver.. Hockey players also know when to fight and when not to fight, You wouldnt see Domi going after St. Louis, its just a respect thing. There is a reason why Moore got fucken layed out after he pussed way from Bertuzzi when Bert tried to squre off against him. Moore is a goon that cheaped shot Markus Naslund, Bertuzzi is a skilled goon that took him out :P You have ignored this user.

Absolutely the toughest sport on the planet... I know Boxing and MMA are grueling and seriously taxing on the body, but most pros only fight 2-6 times a year. Football might be more damaging to the body on a game to game basis but the NHL has 82 games a season and a potential of 28 games in the playoffs. Great players need a mixture of explosiveness, endurance, agility, intelligence, gracefulness, and toughness probably only found in one other sport... MMA. You have ignored this user.

The hockey equivalent of learning how to break fall. The stand-up "wrestling" was at least a ten minute drill per class. Any other Toronto residents go to Warren Park in Toronto around 1980? Naslund had his head down and Moore took the opportunity to lay him out... KEEP YOUR HEAD UP. And Bertuzzi ended his own career by being an idiot. Moore fought Matt Cooke AND BEAT HIM earlier in the night... the Nucks blew it by sending out a chump to teach Moore a lesson. They were losing the game 8-1 so Bert pulled the ULTIMATE pussy move and punched a man right in the jaw from behind. If you could take Crosby out of the game and it would only cost you 2 mins you trade that all day long.
