does that mean that Pittsburgh has the 2 best players in the league? Even if not so, they are only 20 and 21 years old. Could they become a better duo than Lemieux and Jagr? Scary! |

Malkin is a better goal scorer, crosby is a better playmaker. i think the injury to crosby has shown that the Pittsburgh penguins has more depth than people realize. crosby isn't the sole reaosn for them being a force int he league, he is a big portion of it, but not all of it. Sykora, Whitney, Gonchar, and malkin can all put the puck in the net. |

Yep, Crosby killed his chances at the Hart with his injury. Exposed the fact that Ovechkin is carrying his team way more than Crosby. |

Ovechkin does carry his team more, but that doesn't mean he's better, Caps aren't on the same level as Pittsburgh, and still have a long way to win the southeast division (which really isn't worth bragging about these days). So i don't think anything has really been exposed that wasn't already known. |

"Ovechkin does carry his team more, but that doesn't mean he's better, " I was only talking about the Hart trophy. |

yea...and I'm trying to point out that the caps would have to be a good team for Ovechkin to win, haha. |

I'm not a Canuck's fan...but Luongo should've been the first last season, he got screwed over for the Vezina and Hart. |

The team has Ty Conklin in net, and their defense is shaky. There not winning a cup anytime soon |

I still find it amusing they let Mark Recchi go. It was funny as hell when Atlanta played Pittsburgh and it was Recchi's first game against his former team. Game goes to a shootout and Recchi nets the shootout winner for Atlanta. Loved it. |
