Liberals back in the day were much more of libertarian than socialist they are nowadays.
If you speak anything remotely against ILLEGAL immigrants, you will be branded racist.

if liberalism is a result of mass media, why do about 50% of the people in this country consider themselves conservative and vote accordingly? it's not like tv/movies/music/public ed are exclusively a liberal thing. |

yeah, older than what? are we talking about teenagers being the liberal scourge in this country responsible for all these problems? lots of conservative young people. a lot of them post here. i don't see age as being a main component of political philosphy. |

I was a liberal and bought into all the anti-rich, anti-Reagan ideology until college, when I was told I was the source of all the problems and that white males were basically evil. Seeing as how I grew up very poor that didn't click and I am now happily to the right of Buchanan. I find that most liberals, when push comes to shove, aren't worth a squirt of warm piss. Except Jeff Monson. He could probably take me. |
