Hello Coach Sonnon: I just got into Clubbell training, and during my research, I found that there was a limited run of 80lbs Clubbells. Any chance you still have any for sale? Thanks! |

Head Coach Jarlo Ilano helped me out: Torque Athletic. I'm gonna call them today. Hopefully they still have some. |

Okay, I am a new clubbell enthusiast. Got pairs of everything last week. And a single 80 arrived today. Studying the encyclopedia of clubbells dvd set, and the big book of clubbells. I have shoulder tightness from 40+ yrs of overhead work and plan to go slow and steady. I have had scott's various products over the last ten years. But I am just now growing to appreciate the detail and vantage point from where he speaks. The clubbells from 35lbs and up are suprisingly heavy. I consider myself to be fairly strong but am canning the strength and sticking with the 5 and 10 lbers for a month or so. Onward |

Good luck Paul! As I get older everything now gets put through an "anti-aging" filter... Mobility is king... And the CB is an integral tool, not just another way to train attributes (which you can also do), but also to assess impediments, and leakage in my movement... |

Well said Paul and Chuckk! Fixing mobility and leakages promotes attribute development. The CB is a great tool! And yes, Scott Sonnon knows his stuff. |

I'd love to have an 80 lb CB. I've played with one a few times, but plan to "get a better grip" on the Bruiser first. I can play around with 44 lb KBs, but the same-weight CB is a beast. The biggest guys at the gym give it a wide berth. Jason Erickson, CST www.CSTMinnesota.com |

How have you guys liked the 80 pounders? I've been looking at getting one, I figure I could be playing with it years from now and still be getting stronger. |
