Hey guys with all the conditioning coaching I have been doing I am having a site built to further expand it. I have been so busy training young MotoX kids and have now even moved in to some younger football, and baseball players. It's amazing how many people in sports are not in shape and are getting by on sheer talent and will. I have taken this training to another level and I'm expecting big things out of it. I incorporate many MMA training techniques, strength, agility, and speed exercises to make a very unique training program for anyone looking to take they're career and body to the next level.
