That is actually a great idea. I have some hilly land and it would be expensive to build a structure on it. I gotta think outside of the box. One concern. It rains a lot here, would water seepage be a problem? |

I'd be concerned with it being water tight. I'd also be concerned about cave ins and rot/weathering of wood. |

Sure for a steel reinforced concrete structure. I'm not sure how cost efficient that is though compared to regular homes. |

I build giant concrete retaining walls and could easily build an underground home. I am hoping to acquire land in the next few years to build a nice home and an underground lair. |
