I see one in the paper. I was looking for a long range gun but I know nothing about the gun. I did some research but I cannot get info on the reliability, ease of maintenance and if it is worth $500.

What do you think of this gun assuming it is in good condition.

what is a .308 win. "100" do you mean a remington "700"

In general 700's are decent shooters, get more specifics and I can give more info
