This contains pretty much every type of French recipe you can think of from sauces, to tarts to roasts and much much more. Unfortunately, it's in French. If anyone wants a copy, let me know and I'll make it available to you. DROC

But it's too big for email (100MB), it's over 1,000 pags long. send me a PM, I'll stick it up on an ftp site for you tomorrow and give you the address.
