wow..... thats creative.. I want to get away from the "martial arts" in the name ..... let face it, its the general public that pays the bills... the competition stuff is the fun stuff, I would try to stay away from charging legit pros and have them make money from the gym instead (teaching group classes, being trainers, etc)

Seriously Wilmington NC is one of the nicest places. I loved going there when I was stationed at Ft Bragg and I was thinking of moving there to set up shop some day. (I wound up going someplace else tho)

I never decided on a name but I did notice there were a LOT of great Historic and Indian names for a lot of important regional things in NC and a bunch of them had great potential to name a team after.

You should research some of the local history of wherever your going. And the locals will dig it as well and not see you so much as an outsider
