Nikon D700 and the cheap ass AF Zoom Nikkor 70-300mm f/4-5.6 G ($140 Lens) I'll shoot the fight tomorrow with my Nikkor 50mm 1.4 Screwed around with the Nikkor 16mm Fisheye too, but couldnt get close enought with it because of all the video cameras (I'm shy) |

Peoria Athletic Club - you wre shooting an f4 70-300mm in that light? No monopod, I just shoot at 125sutterspeed with no VR. (VR=IS) As far as light, it was actually pretty good, they had 2 (almost) industrial sized light stands. (They were almost too bright) You can see them in the Fisheye. And the D700 has the best ISO capabilities in the industry. Honestly, the camera did everything, I just pushed a button a couple of times. |
