more specifically commercial, resedintial real estate lending. How do I move on to something else? Seems like an actor that is "typecast" for a movie role now. Suggestions? edited for spelling error. |

What did you enjoy about being a loan officer? What didn't you like? If you could create your ideal job/business, what would it look like? You don't want 'something else'... |

how about "special assets" or whatever they call the division of your bank that handles workouts? If you can get some freedom to work with the borrower, that job will really test your business skills. |

I don't know where to begin, I just do what I do and make the best of it. As for special assets, most lenders are basically in work out situations like special assets in light of the volatile market, especially if it is collateral (real estate) based lending. Thanks for the feedback, I'll keep you guys posted. |
