Don't worry about fastest, your priority in a vehicle should be a roomy backseat for making out with your boyfriend. |

my guess would be the nissan 350z i think they are right at 30K a buddy of mine had the nismo racing edition or some shit and that motherfucker was fast! it was a 6 speed manual and when he floored the gas, it would snap your head back and stick you in the seat |

Mustang GT is the quickest for under 30K - the Pontiac G8 GT is the quickest sedan under 30K |

Thanks everyone. I didnt realize the Z was right at 30K. I like the NISMO, but that starts at 40K. Anyone ridden in/have the two door Accord? I heard the V6 is pretty good, but wasnt sure about the 4 cylinder. |

justAgrappler - Thanks everyone. I didnt realize the Z was right at 30K. I like the NISMO, but that starts at 40K. You asked for fastest and now are talking Accord? You are swinging here from wild to mild, do you want fast or do you just want something that is a non-slug? |

I heard the new Accords were fast...I guess I was told incorrectly. I want as much speed as I can get for my price range. |

Cobalt SS is fast but VERY poorly made. If you just want something that goes fast in a straight line, Camaro or Mustang are good bang for buck. If you actually want something that is fun to drive- Mazdaspeed, WRX, Civic SI or VW GTI. |

![]() Evo or WRX they are basically identical. Watch Top gear though the Evo beat WRX in couple of courses. Evo has insane acceleration and all wheel drive, these cars are made for rally racing. No matter how many people come on here talking about how it sucks if you hook a Evo up it will beat lambo's, Ferraris, vipers, etc. |

I think it's hilarious that most people trash American made cars and have never owned one. Every Chevy I've ever owned was always a great truck. Never had any problems. Only bought a jap car to save gas when it was over 4 bucks a gallon. Looking to buy another Chevy truck right now actually. Anyway, go with a Camaro if you can find one with a v8 and a few thousand miles. I'm sure you'll find a nice one with less than 10k miles on it and will get the best bang for your buck. |

Most people hate on American vehicles because they HAVE owned one. Fact. |

The evo in the clip is an older one I would imagine most of the flaws were fixed. Like the turning radius etc. |
