No YOUR sick of it floating to the top every couple of days. Clearly a LOT of other people have an interest in discussing Hendo's KO.

I can't imagine a better place on the internet or elsewhere to discuss MMA and the UFC.

PoppaShango - bisping has absolutely laughable power in his hands and feet.

hendo is gonna knock that fuckin limey CLEAN OUT

Bisping has KO'd more opponents than Dan has, and Dan has had twice as many fights.

Hendo's power is mostly a product of his horrible technique. He only KO's guys that stand right in front of him (e.g. Silva the second time). Bisping won't do that.

Here we go again. Just so you know, the 'explodingboyV2' profile I made when I was a mudname and needed to have more friends to contact them easily. I have not made one post using that profile and as far as I am concerned, it can be deleted.

Obviously 'explodingboy' became 'HendosToyinExplodingBoy' when I lost the screen-name bet, you'd have to be pretty stupid not to realise that.

'HeartbrokenLee' is a completely different human who lives in a completely different city who created a completely different screen-name.

The whole 'users with identical IPs' is notoriously unreliable.

I didn't want to really get into this because I didn't want to look like I was devaluing Hendo's win, but if this thread keeps getting bumped to the top I might as well.

One question: what counts for more on the judges scorecards: Hail Mary haymakers (Hendo) or crisp counter-jabs and straights?

Hendo's gameplan was to go for the one big shot; Bisping's was to pepper Hendo with counters every time he missed.

Check the fightmetric stats, Bisping landed more. Yeah, Hendo landed the one big shot that counts, but there was an element of luck there and I think we all know it.

Hendo's pressure was the difference. I thought he won the first round because of his constant effective pressure. In the second round Bisping was doing much better because Hendo started to fight Bisping's fight. But then he realized it and racheted up the pressure again and got the KO.

There was absolutely no fear of that jab and Hendo was perfectly willing to trade even 2 for 1 in order to land a solid shot. after one of the most impressive knockouts in the history of mma, to bring up points and fightmetric stats is a bit absurd.
