Again, assuming a similar set of locality laws...you would have to go before your local liquor board to have the transfer approved. They'll probably want to take a look at your finances as well as your criminal background if any. Also, the general public may have the option to protest a transfer of the license. Of course, I'm speaking generally here but that's usually the deal. You have ignored this user.
