45K for it huh? Seriously, I'd offer them about 5K with the stipulation that the seller would have to get some kind of water and electricity out there. A generator and water pump would be fine. If they could get that, I'd give them 5K tomorrow. |

no electricity and for water you would need a catchament tank that would collect rain off your gutters (or have it trucked in) I dont think 5k would get it though its brand new! |

LOL @ "beautiful view". Of what? An old lava flow? This place looks like a converted storage shed. Maybe that's why it was built "without permits". |
