agreed on the good choice... im gonna have to drop 2k on snow tires for my g37 this week and am not a happy camper... should got something cheaper |

Steve, is your 08 modded? I was tempted to spring for a short throw shifter after just a few weeks because I hated the 2-3 shift, but I've gotten used to it and am probably just going to stay stock - this will be my first car I haven't modded to hell. $2k for snow tires? I've thankfully never had to buy those...hopefully never will. At least the 37 is sexy. |

My 08 is stock. It will probably stay that way but I would consider a CAI in the future. Before you drop a lot of money on the STS, there are bushings for the stock shifter ($24.95) and inserts for the motor mount ($35.00) that will stiffen things up a bit. They are not very expensive and not too radical of a modification. If you don't feel a difference you can still get the STS and maybe a solid motor mount. |

G37x... GREAT car! Not to mention, a new G37x will run about $40k nicely equipped. The new CTS-V, which is an awesome, awesome car, STARTS at $62k. Ouch! |
