Sort of - she was 7 and a half pounds at birth, and when a week old, she had probably done the usual of dropping a half pound or so, so call her 7 pounds even when that pic was snapped - about average, maybe.

Funny thing (and sorry for the brief hijack) - my first girl was born 75 %ile for height and 25 %ile for weight - essentially, long and skinny. Now that she's just turned 3, it's even more pronounced - she's 95 %ile for height and 25 %ile for weight. My new little girl was the polar opposite - born 75th for weight and 30th for height, essentially short and round ;-) We'll see if the pattern holds up over time....
