Scott, I was an avid body builder and powerlifter in the '80's and am now paying the price :-) I was reading your site on the club bells about circular training vs linear and it sounds very appealing. I have been doing some circular training on a ball and I really think that this is the direction I need to go. I'm lifting less and less and doing more swimming and stretching but miss the feel of lifting. Would you recommend your club training as a replacement for lifting? I asked you earlier about your leg locks tape because of some neck problems and I'm wondering if club bell training would potentially help, hurt or be neutral in building the neck muscles, or the flexibilty or stability or whatever may help in protecting me. Just trying to get out of the '80's with my exercise. I feel like I'm still wearing a mullet when it comes to my exercise knowledge and need to move on. thanks! |

It sounds like CST as a complete system would be highly beneficial to you. CST can completely replace conventional gym workouts. |

I will check it out. Is there a good order to buy and integrate the various methods of training? Thanks! |

I'd start with Ultimate Conditioning which releases in February. http://blackbeltmag.com/scott-sonnon-dvd-ultimate-conditioning-clubbell-kettlebell-strikers-ground-fighters-black-belt-magazine-video/videos/214 |
