instant turn off = bad attitude, arrogance, ignorance, bigot, bad breath, bad body odor (some guys smell good sweaty), bad fitting clothes, stupid haircuts, nose hair, mean. after I get to know the guy = funky spunk, uncleanliness, boring, only likes video games or sports, no oral. Height doesn't bother me, or nationality, religion, color, age, or missing limbs. I am pretty much an affirmative action dater. LOL |

Surprised no one has said baldness yet - that seems an almost instant killer among the girls I know. Then again, this is an MMA-based forum, and since tons of MMA/BJJ/etc. guys are either bald or have shaved heads, perhaps the gals here are more tolerant of ye olde chrome dome ;-) (spoken as a guy whose black hair started turning white/gray when I was twenty, and when I dared complain about it around my buddies who were balding, was told to shut my mouth or else face immediate death :-P They knew what was up....) |

Major turnoffs: I tend to walk away (very quickly) if the man lacks intellectual stimulus or poor personal hygiene. I run if he renders behavior that is obnoxious, menacing, or inconsiderate. Lastly, I laugh (while walking away) if he exhibits the all too common metro-sexual persona (I prefer a man’s man type of burly bear that can carry me to the bedroom (not the other way around). |

hockeychick - Height doesn't bother me ... I am pretty much an affirmative action dater. LOL Missed this one before, too - being under 5'5 or so seems to be another kiss of death in my social circles. HC seems to be an exception. :-P The only short guy I've known who had excellent luck with girls was also perhaps the most outgoing and funniest guy I've ever known - totally high energy and super funny, think Sam Kinison but minus the profanity and drug use :-P Obvious compensation, but I don't think many folks could pull that off even with trying their best... |
