I got fucking destroyed in the local estuary at my brothers last weekend ...talking solid 70 meter run followed by cutting the leader as i thumbed the spool no idea what it was as i have caught 45-50CM Trevally on the setup no sweat and this thing pulled atleast 3 times as hard ...dissapointing not to know what it was but still a good session with another 3 bream and 2 flathead landed You have ignored this user.

There was actually a guy watching that took the pic. I feel your pain on losing that fish Andy. I went back to this same spot the next day and got spooled by a monster. Probably 10+ pound blue cat. I had a mediocre summer of fishing, few Bass, cats, crappie, etc.  But nothing amazing except for a prolly 5lb bass that jumped and threw the hook while fishing from my kayak. Haven't been able to get back out and chase the Red's and Specks so far this Fall, so I'm lovin' your guys' pics. You have ignored this user.

Only got a chance to get out twice. good times tho. there are some awesome exotic fish on here that i would LOVE a chance at! the biggest one i've had was a 35lb chinook (spring) salmon.
