Anyone know where this guys school is? I saw a guy at my gym working out with a CArlos Farias: Ready for War t-shirt on.. Never got a chance to ask him where that was. Can't find it online but looked like he used to train at Lions Den |

I believe he is the new head dude at power fitness mma, Bader's new place in Gilbert. They have a new youtube video up where Bader gives a tour of the gym looks like it is going to be pretty incredible. Of course like any global gym/mma there is a strong possibility of douchebaggery but you can't say they aren't serious about putting together a top notch facility. |

I saw that vid. It's an old Ballys they are converting. Fuckin huge. Huge investment there, someone has deep pockets. They will need a pretty massive membership to make that place profitable id have to assume. Rent alone has to be 8k |

Yeah I'm thinking close to 10k plus utilities in the summer will be at least 3k. I texted the dude about their pre opening prices but never got around to following up because I'm sure it's a contract thing and I'd rather not. I'm interested though because with Aaron Simpson on board they may have some of the most legit adult wrestling available and I can't takedown as asthmatic amputee so I'm worried that if I explore to far I might end up in some two year contract because I just couldn't say no. |
