While little is known about the effects of the steroids themselves on reproduction, it is a well-known fact that if you are dumb enough to use them, your children will most likely also be stupid.

Depends on the individual. Are they testosterone deficient? Are they using for aesthetic/performance purposes? Are they cycling properly?

Generally, when steroids are abused, testicular damage is bound to occur and sterility can occur.
