Roland GR-707; it's just such an oddball footnote of its time. Every time I move I try to talk myself into getting rid of it, lol. |

I have the red one. Don't get me wrong; its tone is shit & it's uncomfortable to play. It's just my favorite for entirely meaningless reasons. |

I remember trying one of those out back in the day! Guitar synths have come a long way since then. Love my GR20. |

Put a Rebel Yell Bare Knuckles pickup in the bridge......or maybe the Nailbomb if you like harder tones. Wasn't that guitar made by Fujigen Gakki? |

The more I look into Fujigen, the more I realize just how many people are playing them without knowing it. |

I just pulled the trigger and bought a Gibson SG brand new. I've always been fond of their sound and design (solid body with humbuckers and a fixed bridge). I was playing it with a bit of overdrive and I couldn't say no to it. I've been shut in like a hermit all weekend playing it. It needs a little setting up still and I'll take it to my guy for that. |

It seems to change from season to season. Right now it is a '91 am standard in gunmetal blue. Pickups are all that is not original. All Van Zandt: Blues neck vintage + middle rock bridge This is the only guitar I own that I bought new in 1991 |

DonkeyKick215 - It seems to change from season to season. Right now it is a '91 am standard in gunmetal blue. Pickups are all that is not original. All Van Zandt: Wow, I used to have a '91 american standard Strat with that same pickup layout. Mine was black. A customer played it and HAD to have it, so I sold it to him. Great sounding guitar, the Van Zandt set really woke it up. |

That center pickup is sweet for clean sounds with chorus or flange. |

How much are you paying for a stainless steel refret if you don't mind my asking? |

whaledog -DasBeaver - Whaledog: Yeah, they all work but probably not like people expect. The fuzz is wicked, the other fx are all based on a tremolo circuit so echo doesn't really repeat but makes the signal kind of staccato. A real oddball, can't wait to play it live. |

The ss refret is a work of art. This guitar practically playes itself now. I did not notice the alleged brighter tone with stainless steel frets. Ive been using the in between positions more now |
