On May 10th, "2010 Muaythai Fighter of the Year" Sam-A of Petchyindee will be taking on Kongsak. This fight is already being talked about as potential for fight of the year. I got to see him fight at Omnoi stadium when I was in Thailand recently. Sarm-A also won 2010 Fighter of the Year in Thailand and has been so dominant he has to either fight much bigger opponents (in the case I saw) or have to cut an enormous amount of weight; similar to what Saenchai has to do. I really enjoyed watching him, beautiful technique. |

Yeah, Sam-A is giving up a few pounds in this fight against Kongsak. However, it's not to even out the advantage. Kongsak is no joke and a lot of people think Sam-A won't be able to pull off the win. We shall see! |

Let me clarify, I meant in some of Sarm-A's fights he gives away weight to even out skil level. THIS is not one of those fight, Kongsak is a tough customer. Gonna be a great fight, I hope someone videos it and post it somewhere. |
