amazing video. what he talks about being relaxed before you compete is true. my first couple of comps i was nervous and got adrenaline and it made me gas. but when i went in not caring, and looking to have fun. i had cardio for days and performed well

amazing video. ive been following gunnars progression from the beginning. the guy is amazing. id love to train with him one day
