Anyone know anything about these things? I have two teflon pans that are about at the end of their lifespan. Should I go with teflon or ceramic for the replacements?

I've heard people really like them, but they lose their non-sticky pretty fast. I've had the same results from teflon.

Teflon is also toxic I hear.

Never use it if you have pet birds.

The chemicals released on the 1st use will kill them.

Never tried the ceramic ones.
