Von Miller is the DROY and its not close

BJJkilla - aldon smith, one of the reasons why the 49ers D is good. miller is having a good year though.

While Aldon Smith is having a great season for a rookie he really can't even be put in the same sentence as Von Miller.

Aldon Smith has 7.5 sacls, 17 tackles, and 1 forced fumble. Again Miller has 9.5 sacks, 48 tackles, and 3 FF. I think Aldon Smith is going to be a special player in this league, but Von Miller is literally like the 2nd coming of Derrick Thomas. It is scary how good this kid is going to be with Doom coming off the other side.

Tommy Gunnz - VM was very good in college in the Big XII at A&M but it looks like he is even on another level in the NFL. He looked fucking incredible against the Jets.

Couldn't agree more brother. We have not seen a LB like him who plays in a base 4-3 defense that can rush the QB like he can since Derrick Thomas. Miller is cut out of the same mold as Thomas and LT. In Denver the talk has pretty much switched from if he will be the DROY, to maybe he will get to the pro bowl
