In the 6 Months since I last saw him I've gained 20lbs. Blood work shows my liver is working overtime from "alleged" alcohol consumption on a daily bases. Guess this would be a good time to start working out again? Or should I just continue on this path I'm on LIKE A BOSS? Decisions Desicions

Jimmy you tell your doctor it's not fat, it's reserves for when SHTF in 2012. When food is running scarce and he's skin and bone, you'll be at the perfect weight. Wot!? |

I'm ready for the punishment. Actually welcome it. 205lbs now. Let's see if I can get down to 185-190lbs.

Literally had the same thing happen today! Check up with doctor gained 30lbs since I saw him a 1 1/2 years ago.... Had to get my liver ultrasound because "liver functions highly elevated" high cholesterol too... Gonna quit 2 monster a day and convenient store dinners cold turkey tomorrow!

I'm 5'8" / 205lbs It's not rocket science, I eat Taco Bell at 2am, drink hards and do not exercise. This has been good timing for me with the Monster ProTEAn. Luckily you went to the Dr to get checked too. Getting old sucks!

Jnaks, Milk Thistle daily. Trust me friend. Last year my blood work showed borderline fatty liver. Started taking milk thistle, and 6 month follow up test showed a significant improvement in my liver. I never cut back on my drinking either. |

The feeling is mutual Jnaks... I've been on a holiday binge too since Thanksgiving. So much that I am actually looking forward to cleaner eating and the gym starting next week. |

You all know the liver center closed right? Lol they'll open back up at qmc in a couple months for all you liver failing alcoholics.they just waiting for some new docs to sign on then they'll open up shop again
