Good thing about a knife, no matter how many times you use it... It never runs out of bullets

JIMMYNAKS - Thanks JJMTG! You're welcome. What I worry about with this and all other cold steel items are the lack of slip protection. I would like a item where you place your fingers into holes attached to the handle or something to protect your fingers and wrist in case your hand slips after hitting the object. That being said I have two cold steel knives and two spydercos. |

jjmtg - true wish cold steel would at least have put a good thumb guard on some of their folders maybe something like this works (with a better quality blade): http://www.trueswords.com/images/prod/TS-WWIITRKNF.jpg?osCsid=1c1b6185b5d203159f282a500d8793e9 |

Over 600 bucks for a knife that I have to make mods to so it is usuable? No thank you. I bet I would do just as many hits points of damage to a hippie ( soory, Zombie ) with my woodsmans pal. |

HOLY SHIT @ TRUESWORDS. their fucking kukris and swords are DIRT FUCKING CHEAP. Saw a couple of the cold steels at a few fine establishments here in honolulu and they wanted $120 when this site had them for a fraction of the price. LOLOLOLOL maybe i should start buying swords online and selling them to suckers |

The CS is a good cutter, but too light IMO. I've had this McCurdy special for awhile, chops like a mutha!@#$%^ ![]() |

no. but it wont shatter and fly back at me when chopping a Micronesian skull in half, nor will it bend when meeting resistance. I've since used to chop dried kiawe logs so I'm confident in its power and toughness..........generally speaking, you vet what you pay for when it comes to metal tools |

sufferingsuckatash - is a $17 CS bad form then? lots of hype round it and at that pirce seems too good to be true.Pwi Pwi, YouTube CS Kukri mods. Watch this old crazy fakkah beat the crap out of it. I'm not messing with the blade but I agree with parachuting the handle for slippage or... If down the line you just need cord

if you can get the CS for $17 is good!.......just don't buy a fukin $17 sword or other crap. CS stuff is good stuff and well made in Taiwan, but like I said is more of a slicer/cutter......actually makes it good for anti-zombie duty whereas a true kukri is a great all-around tool/weapon. |
