while i would be fine seeing the leafs knock over detoilet, colorado, based on past rivalry, chicago or boston would make more sense as original six rivals. |

Sounds great! Hardly ever get any coverage of Leafs, so will be nice to see them in a national game for once |

i still think boston vs. detroit or chicago vs detroit would have done more for viewership. 2 former stanley cup champion rosters vs. detroit. |

Then we''d be forced to listen to canadians cry about not having a canadian team involved for yet ANOTHER year... Mark |

Mark1, any seating advice? Just got the pre-sale invite teaser, but I want to be ready to go and get the best seats for the money. One thing that will probably fascinate you are all the Wings fans from Toronto going down. They are a popular team here as well. |

It's a travesty and a fraud. No one grew up playing organized hockey outdoors these days and the quality of game is beyond horrible. The conditions are dangerous too, we lost the league's marquee player in that rainstorm last year and for what? So a few non hockey fans tune in once a year. Terrible idea. |

There aren't box seats or a club level. (I think. I haven't been there since they updated it last year). It's just a huge stadium. Closer would be best I think Mark

Why not have it in middle of February when football is over and only competition is basketball? |
