Al thinking about beginning to train there and am wondering what it's like. Also wondering if the trainers would mind me easing into it as I had a car crash a few years ago and banged up my ankle fairly badly, so it has it's good days and it's bad days, but getting back into the gym and getting healthy will help. Appreciate any info guys, cheers!

This coming from the guy who claims to have been in an accident to cover up the fact that he is too lazy to train hard!! Just one of those guys that wants to join a gym and sit on the sidelines and stretch aren't u mate... Have you even joined hangar 4 yet?? I'm guessing it's no... Haven't had time yet?? Ankle hurting again is it??
