TattooGround >> Help with a thread bump

There used to be a thread here about a tattoo artist that mixed traditional tattoo style with some japanese and really bright new school colors.

The photos in the thread had a sleeve with a panther and an eagle holding a lighting bolt battling with water and smoke (along with a ton of other stuff). If someone has the artist name or could please bump the thread I'd greatly appreciate it.
