I have heard different things.  A lot of the time it has some connection to prison or people one has murdered.



There are also people who get them to show grief of a lost loved one.  That is what I am considering.  I still miss Owen Hart.  It's been 12 years, but the pain is still there.  Thinking about getting a tear tattoo colored black and pink in honor of Owen.
