Watching those two pros hype up this pile of bat guano for five minutes would have been epic.It's in the challenging moments like this where the great ones separate themselves from the merely good. Finally got around to watching the prelims-and more importantly, Carny Corner. I was really curious to see whether these two great pitchmen could rise to the challenge and really sell this pile of dog shit fight card. Joe really proved his mettle I thought, touting this crap like it was the event of the century, and almost making you believe it. Top notch work by Rogan! Dana , I felt, came up a little short last night, seemed nervous and had a troubled look in his eyes, almost as if he didn't want to be there. He wasn't his usual convincing self, as if the magnitude of selling one of the worst, if not the worst fight card in UFC history had taken a toll on him. Disappointing performance by Dana, I thought. So all in all I thought it was a sub-par Carny Corner, which when you consider the special challenges the situation presented was not all that surprising . Rogan though, was heroic in what was really a hopeless cause. You have ignored this user.
