wow. saw a sneak screening last night at the Arclight with Guro Dan in the house. rousing applause from all there. I liked it alot. Well produced and presented in a very entertaining style. it presented all views we've ever discussed on these here forums ; ), from critical to fanatical by a great combination of notables. For me it was great and very touching towards the end. My personal favorite now amongst all other Bruce Lee docs. Not sure when it airs but I highly recommend it. |

I could not watch it, the" can Bruce fight? or would he fair well in todays MMA" bores the crap out of me. Just watching and drawing conclusions from others is detrimental to the ideas of JKD, because the search suggests an answer, and there is none. |

Thats just a small part of the whole doc and most every other view and counter view is spoken & covered including some similar to what you just wrote.. It's definitely worth watching imo. |

Joe Maffei - I could not watch it, the" can Bruce fight? or would he fair well in todays MMA" bores the crap out of me. Just watching and drawing conclusions from others is detrimental to the ideas of JKD, because the search suggests an answer, and there is none. I agree for the most part. A lot of it was just the same old "man, myth, legend" type stuff that's be rehashed so many times since his death. But at the same time, it's always cool to see people like Guro Dan, Richard Bustillo, and Judo Gene get some airtime. |
