dogfb -I know absolutely nothing about computers, so this is probably a retarded question. Can you buy a computer with these specs or will I have to upgrade it and whatnot? What is the best way to go about buying a computer for gaming? Not a million dollar system, just basic needs.

just download the arma 2 demo, if you can run that you should be able to run dayz, I am running it on a samsung laptop from wal-mart, I am running it on low 800x600, but still I am running it |

Cryptic - Here's a guy who's been playing DayZ for a couple months now and he does commentary for each session. that is a old vid, all you start with now is a backpack, bandage and painpills, people were camping the beaches and killing respawned players for their weapons and gear I believe so they removed them, good vid though |

Isaac298 - Yesterday was my first time playing with my buddies. I spawned right near him luckily and he knew the map pretty well. He knew where to find the ammo, find the guns, and where our next objective was, A helicopter crash...giddyup. lol, that is awesome, if you guys are on later let us know, we can hop on a server together |

I've never played any PC game except NFS 3 hot pursuit no keyboard controls are the best once you learn them, a= left, s = back, d= right, w= forward, z=prone, x=squat, c=stand, mouse is used for looking around, firing and inventory system. |
