Finally got this after a couple weeks of negotiating. Basically a lady inherited this along with 25-30 early 90's boxing posters from her uncle who passed several years ago. Its been in a tube SInce he passed away and apparently he owned a sports network company and was send posters from various sports. Looking to authenticate its authenticity and I will consider offers for it since posters really arent my thing. |

Is there any writing on the back? If you take your time and shop it around you should get paid pretty good for it. But if your in for a quick cash grab i'd say 2k+ Quick note, opinions on a price will vary and ppl will get butt hurt. |

Hey chip, Thanks for the info.. Im planning on being patient with it so i can get a Good price for it.. Hopefully no one gets butt hurt. I plan on doing everything thru mmacollector so there are no authenticity issues. |

No writing on the back. its exactly 24x36.. Some wear on the edges. No rips and a 3 1/2 inch crease on the bottom of the poster.. |

mmacollector is good shit!! I got some of my favorite Pride posters from or through them and he has checked out/authenticated a few of my posters for me. Good luck selling it! Hopefully it finds a good home with a real collector who will display it with pride. |

I agree Chip, Fightpimp is a good guy. I've been collecting MMA for 3-4 years so i have dealt with him before. unfortunately my wife won't let me keep this thing and with my job keeping me away from my house for 10-12 hours a day i would have a heart attack worrying about my kids getting to it. :) Definitely needs to go to a good home |

I already have him a solid $1,800 and $2,000 offer (pending authentication)... and waiting to hear back from a few other buyers. For the cheap-asses that keep p'ming me with sub-$1K offers... please cut the shit. I would be surprised if this poster goes for less than 2-2.5K.... |

Unless you are hurting for cash you'd be a fool to sell for less than 4k ....... If you don't mind waiting for the right buyer. if you want to sell it in the next week. take 2500, Otherwise sit on it or have MMA collector put it on his sight as consignment for some outrageous price like $7500. And if you are worried about the kids getting into it I'm sure he would hold it for you till it sold (but maybe not, I don't know) |

I was going thru some old threads and i was wondering how much the UFC 1 poster "murph or murphy" not sure what you guys call him had up for sale went for.. I know he listed it at $3000 but i cant see how much it sold for. Thanks again everyone |

Murphy sold his UFC 1 and a UFC 5 to a member here for $2,200 if I am not mistaken... his UFC 1 was the version that had printing on the back (most would call it a "rarer" one). the UFC 5 was in "good" condition but authentic, not a "Canadian version" |
