I'm looking for a good pocket knife as my edc. I want a knife that is about 2.5" when folded. It must be easy to open with one hand. Any redommendations?

Check out the Tri-lite series from Cold Steel. I have two myself, the 3" and the 6" pocket sword haha. They got a quick release catch so you can open the blade as you pull it out of your pocket with one hand. And it's not a switch so its not illegal (canada, not sure of laws in states)
