Not sure how many follow Chris on instagram but he's looking to be in great shape right now. The best physical shape I can remember seeing him in since the Bisping fight (insert ped joke here.) War Crippler!

Bry Bry - isnt Vermola the really strong grappler?just lost to some black guy?? Yeh lost to Carmont after gassing himself out going for shitty guillotines in the 1st round. And he's not a 'really strong' grappler. He was out grappled by Markes and Madsen. |
