I have the Maximology set and I can't remember which tape the info on performance breathing is on. Can anyone share that with me so that I don't have to go through all the tapes to find it? |

Maximology is the only tape set I don't have, yet I'm sure that it is not mean't to be absorbed by watching it only one time. Sit down with a notepad and go through it again. Make notes of all the sections that you will want to see again. |

Tape 3, in my opinion you need to use the core activation material as a segway into the performance breathing stuff, the performance breathing will also help you with the core activation once you have it down full circle I guess;} I think Core Activation is on either the 2nd or 4th tape. |
