Can you guys give me an example of what size clubbells you all use, with your weight and strength level? I know the buyer's guide states "10# for physically fit and 15# for above average strength", but what is above average strength? thanks! |

i started off with the 15-pound pair. it was tough at first, but once my body got used to it, i'm glad i made the decision because i won't have to upgrade for a while. |

I'm coming off a couple of elbow surgeries, but I'm still quite satisfied with 10 lbers. |

I use 10, 15 and 20's. Some exercises I go up in a pyramid style just like lifting. Sometimes I just go with what feels right for the day. |
