I don't see Shane Carwin tweet pictures of himself with his thumbs pulling down a thong, but somehow it's a must for female fighters.
Hard sell in a hard world or showing off a hard earned body or what? |

All of them don't and plenty of male fighters have done similar stuff. As for why some of them do, because they make more money that way. |
