I would just "RESPOND" in the Resolution Center with the tracking number, you should easily win the case. eBay always has tons of people who expect items within a day or 2. I've dealt with a lot of these types. You have ignored this user.

The DC wasnt updated at first when it got to his post and it appeared to have gotten "lost" at first, but then it showed up. Still somehow lost the case though You have ignored this user.

That's so shitty....had the same thing happen to me a few years ago; I sold a basketball card for $200, but I was going outta town, so I shipped it, but forgot to add delivery confirmation or tracking, buyer claimed he NEVER received it; He "won" his case, I had to refund his $200, and was basically out $300. A few months later he put the exact card up for auction on eBay. I reported it, he pulled it, said it was a picture mistake. But eBay did nothing after that. You have ignored this user.

yeah that sucks.. sorry to hear about that.. what I do is that any item over $200, I force them to pay for insurance and signature confirmation. Hell, anything insured for more than $200, usps forces receiver to sign for it anyways. this way if he tries anything fishy, he is screwed. You keep your money and he has to file insurance claim with usps. I have been burned before and it sucks. You have ignored this user.
