Foos 9 Member Since: 6/24/05 Posts: 3688	Good luck to Mike Hill (4-0) from Toshido in Kelowna, BC. Mike's a kid that showed up 3 or 4 years ago and just worked his ass off. He's truly an example of where hard work gets you. Also, good luck to Mike Ricci. I don't know much about him, but have heard good things.

Obviously the decision is very controversial, and I see why, but Secor really only has himself to blame for that one. He just put Mike in a body triangle and held on for dear life. Looks like Mike stole the round with those 3 or 4 hard shots while stuck in Secors death grip. You have ignored this user.

I broke down the third round in another thread. I'll put it here: The third round is the one in contention, so let's break it down. First minute, nothing happens. Mike then lands a grazing spinning back fist, sprawls, and ends up in Secors guard. Mike lands some light ground in pound, Secor , throws up a triangle and Mike pulls out. Secor lands a grazing kick to Mike's face from the bottom. Both fighters are back on their feet now. That brings us to 2:00 min in the round. Secor lands a take down and ends up in Mike's half guard. Secor lands a couple slaps, and Mike lands several strikes from the bottom. 2:30 in Secor takes the back. Secor doesn't attempt to finish or strike at all from this position, while Mike is actively trying to escape. 30 seconds left, theres a scramble where Secor ends in Mount, then back to the back mount. Secor lands a couple pitty patty punches. With 10 seconds left, Mike lands 7 hard punches with Secor stuck on his back. These 7 punches might actually be the most significant strikes of the fight. In my opinion this is what stole the round. You have ignored this user.

We'd break down the local Gracie Barra fighters' fights but that seems to be an oxymoron. You mean local GB fighters like Chad Polson, Kyle Warman, or Ryan Allen?
