lol.... Come on guys. These guys say dumb shit sometimes. They're not here to teach you calculus. I am pretty sure Ben is not racist, and probably is going to apologize very soon. Chael said Brazilian kids play in the mud and that their icons feed veggies to public transit... It's just words, lighten up. Besides, Ben, imo, lost his last fight to a white guy. :) |

Benson is not a racist at all. It's funny that this is going on as Benson and I were talking the other day about how sensitive people are these days about everything, including race. We were talking about how I couldn't describe him as "black" or "asian" when talking about his physical features, even if that was the easiest way to describe him, and how he can't call me "white" even though I'm as white as a piece of paper as people are so sensitive about those things. Benson is far from racist. On another note, people are taking his statement out of context. He was referring to Sonnens great ability to hype a fight. He was saying how there's nothing exceptional about Chael in many departments, but he is still able to draw huge ppv numbers by hyping fights--something Benson admits he is not great at. I suppose everyone's going to complain about something. |

I'd just boycott it since he doesn't seem to like to finish fights. Fitch 2.0 IMO. He should be concerned with his physique and hair less, and finishing more. |
